Three Tips For Making Perfect Boiled Eggs

We’ve all been there. The yoke is still runny or it has turned a peculiar shade of orange. The peel won’t come off without forceful effort, which inevitably makes what should have been deviled eggs fit only for egg salad.

Here are three secret tips to make boiling your eggs a cinch.

1. Add a little baking soda to the water while boiling. This will make for easier egg peeling later.
2. Once the water has started to bubble, remove the pot from the heat. Cover and let sit for 15 minutes.
3. Immediately place the eggs into an ice bath for 3-5 minutes.

Voila! Perfect hard boiled eggs.
