Use armrests as helpers, not as the whole lift

Armrests are assistants, not a replacement for your legs. Light hand pressure can steady the rise while your feet and thighs do the main work. Hauling your whole body with the arms alone trains a crankier pattern through the shoulders and wrists. Help is fine. Turning every stand into an upper-body tow is optional overload.
