Swap late heavy dinners for an earlier, simpler plate

A feast at 9:30 p.m. asks your gut to work overtime when your body is winding toward sleep. Reflux, restless nights, and next-morning heaviness are common complaints. Shift the biggest meal earlier when you can, or keep late dinners lighter: protein, cooked vegetables, fewer fried sides and desserts. Leftover lunch as evening food is an underrated win. You are not banned from dinner out. You are interrupting the habit of making bedtime the hardest digestive shift of the day.
