Give yourself a huge pat on the back. Based on the answers you gave you have been really taking care of your body. Perhaps you eat a ton of fresh organic foods and opt out from buying processed foods, or you exercise regularly and don’t often breathe in chemicals from your environment, maybe you do all these things.

Keep it up! Making smart choices and being aware of the world around you is serving you well. By keeping your body clean and as toxin free as you can you are on your way to living a long, healthy, happy life. Even as cautious and aware as you are, you should aim to detoxify and cleanse your body at least 4 times a year to ensure that your cells are holding on to a healthy nutrient rather than a toxin. If you continue to eat healthy without detoxing your cells regularly there is a good chance your body is not absorbing as much of the nutrients as you think.
