President Donald Trump set the internet ablaze Sunday after posting a provocative AI-generated video depicting former President Barack Obama being arrested by the FBI. The video, shared on Trump’s Truth Social platform, drives home a powerful message: accountability must apply to all—no matter how high they once soared.
The clip begins with Democrats, including Obama, Biden, and Pelosi, repeating the phrase, “No one is above the law,” only to cut to a dramatic Oval Office scene where AI-generated FBI agents cuff Obama as Trump looks on with a confident smile. The video closes with Obama in an orange jumpsuit behind bars, all to the tune of the Village People’s “YMCA.”
While critics scrambled to cry distraction, Trump’s supporters praised the clip as a symbolic moment of long-overdue justice. And the timing couldn’t be sharper. Just days earlier, Director of National Intelligence Tulsi Gabbard released a bombshell report accusing the Obama administration of manufacturing Russian interference claims in 2016—essentially laying the foundation for what she called a “yearslong coup” against Trump.
“The President and his administration are committed to exposing this abuse of power and holding every bad actor accountable,” White House spokesman Harrison Fields told Newsweek.
Gabbard, speaking on Sunday Morning Futures, made it clear: Obama’s intel team deliberately manipulated facts to deceive the public and sabotage Trump’s presidency from day one.
Now, with Attorney General Pam Bondi and FBI Director Kash Patel leading the charge, the next steps may include real indictments—not just AI videos.
Conservatives on social media are rallying behind the message. “MAKE THIS A REALITY,” wrote journalist Nick Sortor. And from the MAGA faithful? One common refrain: “Revoke Obama’s passport—no more escapes to Kenya.”
The bottom line: Trump isn’t just fighting back—he’s flipping the script.
