  • 1/3 cup organic olive oil

  • 3/4 cup of coconut flour


  1. Blend all of the ingredients together in the order above and pour them into a prepared loaf pan.
  2. Bake for about 40 minutes at 350 degrees F.
  3. Let the loaf cool before cutting.
